For now just let me be,

I promise next time when we meet

For our tea break with a rusk spread with garlic butter

Which you won’t share and I do hate

I will listen to your all those stories

It will be played into my eyes as you speak

But for now just let me be…

I promise next time when we will be out for shopping

We will roam around each shops just to buy one tee

We will pass by each food stalls deciding what to eat,

But looking at my belly we decide to skip,

We will sit outside on bench beside the water fountain

We will check out each guys and girls passing by until we are tired

But hey listen for now just let me be…

I promise when next time we will go out for movie

We will catch up any random movie

We will giggle at the couples kissing

We will cuss the film-maker for making the shitty movie

But for now just let me be…

I promise the next time when we fight

I will say less and listen more

I will cook your favourite dinner to calm the fight

I will sit with you under the sky full of stars

I will cuddle you to sleep with a kiss on your cheek

But babes for now just let me be…!
