People lie all the time
It’s their human right to lie
I never came up with terms that how much of lie is Enough
Can we measure the lie? Or it can be weighed?
How much or after how many lies I am not allowed to forgive
Cause I am confused
Whenever I see your bewitching face
Your luring eyes says its a lie
Deep down I know you hid this for a long time.
Why you never thought to lie was never an option between us?
Did I never make you comfortable enough?
You never felt easy to talk about life with me, I guess!
Can you tell when everything went off track?
Where was I looking all this time?
Cause every time when you put your arm around me
And hold my waist tightly
And play that jazz
And let me whirl through the music
I know that hand’s don’t lie
Then why your eyes are telling some different stories?
You took her in your arm the same way, did you?
Why every morning when I make you, your favorite breakfast
You say with love “Babe I am so hungry”
But your eyes say you are not hungry anymore,
Whenever we lost in-crowd, you always looked for me
And when we saw each other from distant we laughed hard
I could see your smile making your jawline broader
Making me remember how much I am crazy for it
But now when you smile
I can see those two eyes lie
This mess was never supposed to be in our life…
If you remember we promised to confront if
Ever Things would go south…
Then why your eyes say that you lie.
Babe why you are trying to provoke
Me to make you feel like an s**t
When we decided this day would never come.
Now you are here sitting by me
Crying and telling why did you cheat?
Your luring eyes are telling you still love me
But you say you want her more…
This time you are lying baby
But your eyes are telling the truth
Tell me , tell me, baby
Is it the eyes or is it you?
